Vintage Jessica McClintock slip dress, estimated from the 1990s era. Made in USA from 100% silk, exclusive of trim. Originally ivory, later hand-dyed by dirati. into a custom green-to-brown gradient. Designed with a straight neckline, thin non-adjustable spaghetti straps, a relaxed straight silhouette, and a pleated ruffle hem that adds soft movement when worn.

Condition: Good vintage condition
The silk shows cloudy discoloration, uneven sheen, and a subtle whitish haze on both the front and back, a common characteristic seen in delicate vintage silk from age and past cleaning. There is a small pressed-in pressure mark on the front bust that does not fully smooth out with ironing. Since this piece was hand-dyed, there are visible patchy hand-dye variations throughout, including uneven dye saturation, darker and lighter areas, mottled dye spots, and horizontal dye tide marks. These are part of the hand-dye process and add to the unique, one-of-a-kind character of the piece. There is one tiny hole near the hem, one tiny hole on the front left side, and a few tiny pinholes on the left back side.
